Print off our sign up form and mail it to us with your deposit (we prefer checks).
Fill out the form below and then mail in a check to us. If you’d prefer to pay by credit card, please submit the form and then give us a call at 530.462.4772 and we’ll happily take care of that for you. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Please note that there will be a 3% processing fee added to the total on all credit card transactions
