RATES

2021 RATES

• 14 people max (additional people to be discussed)
• 4 night minimum $2,500 USD per night = $10,000.00
• 7 nights $1,714 USD per night = $12,000.00.
  $500 deposit to confirm booking
  Balances due 45 days prior to booking
  Additional Fees:
  $250 Cleaning Fee.
• We generally cannot do stays shorter than our 4 day minimum, due to the remote nature of our operation. However, feel free to call or email us to discuss options.
• *Note there will be a 20% discount for returning Otter Bar Kayak School clients who organize a group.

What’s Included?

THE LODGE

When you’re here, the lodge and property are yours.

WHAT’S PROVIDED

All bedding including towels. A completely equipped kitchen. Sauna and hot tub. X7 bedroom and X7 bathrooms. WiFi provided throughout. *Note There is no cell coverage in this area.

KITCHEN

All meals are self catered, bring your own food for all meals. We have lots of refrigeration and freezers and a full on kitchen.

STAFF

If you’re lucky enough to know a chef/cook/kayak guide, you may bring them along for no extra cost and we will provide lodging for them in our staff area.

EQUIPMENT

Guests need to bring ALL their own equipment including boats. OBL will no longer be an all inclusive kayak school. We do have a few SUP’s and sit on top kayaks available to use on the property.
